General requirements for applying for a visa can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: https://www.mfa.gov.rs/en/citizens/travel-serbia/visa-requirements.

Information on the requirements and required documents for applying for a C visa (stay up to 90 days) can be found at https://welcometoserbia.gov.rs/short-stay-visa-visa-c.
One does not need a short-stay visa (C visa) if he or she holds: a valid multiple-entry visa for the Schengen area, a valid visa for one of the EU countries, UK or the USA. A short-stay visa is also not required if the person has a temporary residence permit in one of the Schengen area countries or EU member states. In these cases, a stay in Serbia is possible for up to 90 days, i.e. until the date of validity of the above documents.

Information on the conditions and required documents for applying for a D visa (stay up to 180 days) can be found at https://welcometoserbia.gov.rs/visa-d.
